Japanese Girls Photo & Street Fashion Gallery Heaven!

There was a book that came out a few years ago called, "Fruits" by Shoichi Aoki. It is a wonderful book and has tons of photos that he took on the streets of Harajuku in Tokyo.

I own that book and find it to be a great conversation starter... WE can usually go from, "Look at these pictures of these wild kid's" to, "I know a place that makes the best curry donuts!"

Then, whammo! You've got a date!.... Well, you would, if you weren't married like me! (Chuckle).

Well, if you have a fancy for all the weird fin and fashion that the Japanese youth, girls especially, have to offer, then check out this fabulous site I've found.

It's called Japanese Lifestyle and it is just full of great photos of the wild and beautiful youth (especially girls) who populated this country.

They have a thousands of pictures in different categories. There's a Girl's Gallery; a Harajuku Girl's Gallery; Lolita; Cosplay and many more!

Check it out.

At the least it's a great place to get ideas for fashions.... Or, maybe even your Halloween costume for next year!

Japanese Babe is the Most Beautiful Dentist in the World?

Well, once again, my favorite real Japanese news site, Tokyo Reporter, has come through with the real information about Japan that you want to know (not like that nonsense report I just wrote about the vending machine with the naked girls in it!)

The Tokyo Reporter has found the most beautiful dentist in the world.

From Tokyo Reporter:

From town council members to fishing experts to political supporters, news reports have celebrated the rise of very attractive females in the public eye, but weekly tabloid Friday (Nov. 5) has found a dentist in Niigata who meets that description, notably because her appearance is that of a club hostess.
Miwako Kimura, 29, has received a lot of attention via social-networking site Twitter, such as being the target of such comments as, “Isn’t she really a hostess?” and “Nicely done with that spiraling hair.” In fact, she is an assistant director of the Kimura Dental Clinic in Joetsu, Niigata Prefecture.
Her profile pic on the clinic’s webiste shows her with layered hair and more emphasis than usual on the mascara around her eyes, a typical feature of a kyabajo, or bar hostess.
Yes. Very impressive. With Miwako as my dentist I'm sure I, and millions of other guys just like me,  could imagine lots of "drilling."

Check out Tokyo Reporter here. And tell them Mike sent you.

Japanese Girls in Maid Costumes in Akihabara

You just can't make this stuff up...

With the Japanese male obsession, especially amongst "Otaku" (geeks), with young girls in uniform, you'd think that this sort of thing would be relegated to the pages of dorky comic books and hostess bars. You'd never expect to see this fetishism bandied about in public, would you?

Oh, yeah. Excuse me. You would. Especially since this is Japan were talking about.

Now, in Akihabara, they are celebrating their fetishism publicly by having "information girls" in maid costumes giving out travel tips and information to tourists.

Breitbart reports:

A short but in-depth tour led by guides dressed as maids has been helping newcomers in Tokyo's Akihabara district, a home of Japanese subculture dotted with shops including some that are difficult to figure out at a glance.

The tour begins at the tourist center right next to JR Akihabara Station and first heads to a rental showcase shop called Astop. People can use a transparent box as their own ministore to display figure models, stuffed animals or whatever else they want to sell.

At the Bukiya imitation weapons store, the visitors can take a look at Japanese and western swords, military gear and samurai armor. Akiba Garage, which sells micromini hidden cameras and stun guns, is another popular destination.

The highlight of the tour is the maid cafe Usagi no mori L-R (Forest of Bunnies). The tourists can ask waitresses clad in frilly tops and miniskirts to draw figures such as that of a rabbit with ketchup on their omelet.

The two-hour tour for 2,980 yen starts twice a day from 12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. Courses can be arranged.

Reread that second to last paragraph: "The highlight of the tour is a maid cafe Usagi no mori L-R (Forest of Bunnies). The tourists can ask waitresses clad in frilly tops and miniskirts to draw figures such as that of a rabbit with ketchup on their omelet"!!!??? My god! What a thrill of a lifetime! Jeez! What kind of moronic pervert gets turned on by that enough to pay for it?
